Due to the quality of service offered by Tessa Lyn Events, prices are non-negotiable.  
 
Pricing for Tessa Brand as your lead coordinator:
Diamond Package - $20,000
The Diamond Package is for the bride/host who would like a planner to plan an entire weekend of events including the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the farewell brunch.    For the wedding day planning, the coordinator will be involved in venue selection for all events, to hiring and negotiating deals with quality vendors, to contracting multiple hotel room blocks.  This client would prefer to leave all responsibilities in the coordinator's hands, including many of the design elements.  Tessa Lyn Events will arrange multiple site visits and help you choose the perfect venue that fits your budget and wish list.  This package includes consultation for the entire engagement period, full design concept and color scheme options, up to 15 in-person meetings with your coordinator, coordination of hotel room blocks, a personalized online planning platform for sharing design ideas, tracking budget and the payment schedule, payment reminders, appointment calendar, master checklist, note-taking, and more, organization of contracts and budget, scheduling vendor interviews and meetings, communication and confirmations with all vendors, collection of necessary insurance certificates, rehearsal coordination, and full day of service on the wedding day with the help of three assistants.  A more detailed explanation of services can be emailed at your request. 
 
 
Platinum Package ​- $16,000
The Platinum Package is for the bride/host who would like a planner to take care of all wedding day details; from venue selection, to hiring and negotiating deals with quality vendors, to contracting the hotel room blocks.  This client would prefer to leave most responsibilities in the coordinator's hands, but can be as involved as they like.  Tessa Lyn Events will arrange multiple site visits and help you choose the perfect venue that fits your budget and wish list.  This package includes consultation for the entire engagement period, assistance with basic design concept and color scheme, up to 10 in-person meetings with your coordinator, coordination of hotel room blocks, a personalized online planning platform for sharing design ideas, tracking budget and the payment schedule, payment reminders, appointment calendar, master checklist, note-taking, and more, organization of contracts and budget, scheduling vendor interviews and meetings, communication and confirmations with all vendors, collection of necessary insurance certificates, rehearsal coordination, and full day of service on the wedding day with the help of two assistants.  A more detailed explanation of services can be emailed at your request.

Gold Package - $14,000  
The Gold Package is for the bride/host who has already selected their venue and hired their caterer and would like assistance in choosing the rest of the vendors (photographer, florist, music, transportation, rentals, photo booth, etc).  This package includes guidance the entire engagement period including 8 in-person meetings with the coordinator.  The client will also have a personalized online planning platform for sharing design ideas, tracking budget and the payment schedule, payment reminders, appointment calendar, master checklist, note-taking, and more, organization of contracts and budget, scheduling vendor interviews and meetings, communication and confirmations with all vendors, collection of insurance certificates, rehearsal coordination, and full day service on the wedding day with the help of two assistants. MONTH-OF PACKAGE BY SENIOR COORDINATORS ONLY
Silver Package - "Month-Of Execution" by one of the Senior coordinators  -​$3,500   (we do not offer "day of")
The silver package is for the bride/host that only wants help with the final details.  He/she has selected their venue, hired all of their vendors, but wants help executing their vision on the wedding day. This package includes a venue walk-through with the assigned coordinator a few weeks prior, a final details meeting, a wedding day timeline, communication and confirmations with all vendors, collection of all insurance certificates, rehearsal coordination, and up to 14 hours of service on the wedding day with the help of one assistant.  A more detailed explanation of services can be emailed at your request.

*A $500 surcharge will apply for estate/ranch weddings that require everything to be brought in

Diamond Package - $13,500 - Everything in Diamond Package above, led by a senior coordinator
Platinum Package - $11,500 - Everything in Platinum Package above, led by a senior coordinator
Gold Package - $10,000 - Everything in Gold Package above, led by a senior coordinator
Silver Package - $3,500 - Everything in the Silver Package above, led by a senior coordinator
 
Travel Fees / Surcharges - applies to all coordinators
-Travel to Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, or San Diego:  $200 per trip to cover gas and travel time.  Most weddings with full planning packages will require 3 planning trips total, plus the wedding weekend.  Destination weddings ( will also require 1-2 nights in a hotel for coordinator and possibly the assistant.
-Any Silver Package booking that requires you to bring in a kitchen and long list of rentals (private estates, Saddlerock Ranch, Hummingbird Ranch, Malibu Rocky Oaks, etc.) may have add'l fees added.

What is the typical wedding budget of your clients?  

 - $100K-$220K, with some $220K++

Will you work with vendors you do not know?

- Absolutely!   We love meeting new people.

How many weddings have you planned?

- Over 170!

How can I determine what package I need?

- Setting up a phone call is always a good idea.  It can be confusing and we will clear it up with a call.

Do you hold all of you meetings in Santa Monica / Brentwood?

- Consultations are held in Brentwood, but after we are hired, we are always on the move with you.

How long do you work with clients?

- Usually 10-14 months, but we have done over two years and 12 days.  We are up for anything!

Do you offer "day-of"?

- We do not.   Month-of is our smallest package, for $3500, and is executed by senior coordinators.
