All pricing is customized based on the scope of your event and the level of service selected. We consider factors such as the number of events, planning timeline, location, guest count, overall vision, load-in schedule, and strike requirements.

Our pricing starts at $30,000 for full service planning

Which package is best for you?  

The Diamond Package 
The Diamond Package is designed for the bride or host seeking comprehensive planning for a full wedding weekend, typically including the rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and farewell brunch (three events in total).

From the outset, your planner will guide every aspect of the process—from venue selection for each event to sourcing, negotiating, and securing top-tier vendors, as well as coordinating hotel room blocks. This experience is ideal for clients who prefer a fully hands-off approach, trusting Tessa Lyn Events to lead both logistics and many of the design decisions.  We will coordinate multiple site visits and help you select venues that align seamlessly with your vision, priorities, and budget. The package includes ongoing consultation throughout your engagement, full design concept development with color story options, and up to 10 days of in-person meetings with your dedicated planner.

Additional services include securing hotel room blocks through our in-house travel agent, access to a personalized online planning platform (for design collaboration, budget tracking, payment schedules, reminders, calendar management, and more), organization of all contracts and financials, scheduling and managing vendor meetings, overseeing all vendor communication and confirmations, and collecting required insurance documentation. The package also includes the rehearsal and full wedding day execution, supported by your planner and a team of three assistants.  A more detailed scope of services is available upon request.


 
The Platinum Package 

The Platinum Package is designed for the bride or host who wants a planner to manage all wedding day details—from venue selection to sourcing, negotiating, and securing quality vendors, as well as coordinating hotel room blocks. This experience is ideal for clients who prefer to hand over the majority of responsibilities, while still having the flexibility to be as involved as they wish. Tessa Lyn Events will coordinate multiple site visits and guide you in selecting a venue that aligns with your vision, priorities, and budget. This package includes ongoing consultation throughout your engagement, support with a foundational design concept and color palette, and up to 8 days of in-person meetings with your planner.

Additional services include securing hotel room blocks through our in-house travel agent, access to a personalized online planning platform (for design collaboration, budget tracking, payment schedules, reminders, calendar management, and more), organization of contracts and financials, scheduling and managing vendor meetings, overseeing all vendor communication and confirmations, and collecting required insurance documentation.

The package also includes the rehearsal and full wedding day execution, supported by your planner and a team of three assistants.

The Gold Package  
The Gold Package is ideal for the bride or host who has already secured their venue and is looking for expert guidance in curating the remaining vendor team for the wedding day only—photography, florals, music, catering, transportation, rentals, and more.  This package includes support throughout the engagement period, with up to 6 days of in-person meetings with your coordinator. You’ll also have access to a personalized online planning platform for design collaboration, budget tracking, payment schedules, reminders, calendar management, and more.

Services include organization of contracts and budget, scheduling and managing vendor interviews, overseeing all vendor communication and confirmations, and collecting required insurance documentation. The package also includes the rehearsal and full wedding day execution, supported by your planner and a team of two assistants.

Please note: this package does not include any events outside of the wedding day, venue sourcing or negotiation, or hotel room block coordination.

 


The Silver Package-  3-month coordination 
The client secures the venue and hires all vendors prior to our involvement. This package is designed to provide focused support in the final three months leading up to the wedding.

Services include design board development, attendance at the floral mockup and catering tasting, as well as two additional in-person meetings. The package also includes the rehearsal and full wedding day coordination, supported by your planner and a team of two assistants.

***Events in Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, Ojai, Orange County or San Diego will require 2 nights in a hotel for coordination team

FAQ

What is the typical wedding budget of your clients?  

 - $250K-$800K is the typical wedding budget for what you see in our portfolio, and our required minimum

wedding day budget is $250K.   We have done several in the $800K-$1M range.

 

How many weddings has the company planned?

- Over 600

How can I determine what package I need?

- Setting up a phone call is always a good idea.  It can be confusing and we will clear it up with a call.

How long do you work with clients?

- Usually 10-14 months, but we have done over two years, and short as 12 days.  We are up for anything!    We do not change pricing based on length of planning period.

Will you work with vendors you do not know?

- Absolutely!   We love meeting new people.   However, a huge advantage to having a planner is access to their tried and true vendors 

​

Do you offer "day-of"?

- We do not.  And no one should!   3 Months out is our smallest packages and is executed by senior coordinators only.
